Hi, I'm Destiny Jenkins

After 20+ years as both a Big 4 consultant and a corporate talent leader, I saw the same pattern: leaders needed development that transferred to the job, but the consulting model was broken: too slow, too expensive, and too dependent on junior teams.

I've led culture and talent work for 8,000+ employees inside a global professional services firm. That's also where I did AI adoption work, helping build a network of champions and teaching teams how to actually use the tools, not just have access to them. I designed leadership development during a $7.5B spinoff, getting 1,000+ employees ready for one of the hardest transitions a company goes through. And I built corporate L&D frameworks during a major telecommunications restructuring, standardizing training nationwide.

I've been the consultant AND the client. That's why this firm delivers what both sides need, and why my Master's in Learning Design & Technology from Purdue shows up in the work: everything I build is designed around how people actually learn and change.
